Yoga = Union with the Self
Synchronicity Yoga is a blend of all of the traditional paths of yoga, honoring the eight limbs of yoga. Classes primarily include basic and advanced yoga postures (asanas) and movement, breathing practices (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and relaxation exercises, and chanting and mantra. In Synchronicity yoga, there is a combination between a flowing (vinyasa) style and holding postures for longer periods of time.
Yoga is not about "flexibility" although with practice flexibility will naturally happen. Yoga is a way of Life! The postures are a means to an end not an end in itself.
